Animal Yoga Workshop for All

 Join us for a unique and playful experience at our Animal Yoga workshop! Inspired by asanas (poses) named after various animals, this class will take participants on a jungle adventure as you flow through a sequence designed to improve strength, flexibility, and mindfulness! This workshop is perfect for individuals and families. Come discover your spirit animal through the joy of yoga! All levels are welcome.
