FESTIVAL ARTISTS & PROJECTS

  • If you’re an arts practitioner with a project suitable for audiences aged anywhere between 0 – 30, we’d like to offer you a platform to share your work

  • We provide a supportive environment for practitioners: from individuals putting on your first public event to schools and professional companies offering full productions

  • We’ll match you to the right venue at The Fringe and incorporate your project into the most suitable event to showcase your talents to the right audience

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS

  • There will be an entry fee of HK$1,000 per application

  • You may also charge for tickets based on a 60/40 (practitioner/Fringe Youth)box office split; the minimum ticket price is HK$150. Each group must commit to selling a minimum of 20 tickets per show

  • You may sell related merchandise if your project warrants it

  • Once we know what’s involved in your project, we’ll give you a full breakdown of fees involved

HOW TO APPLY

  • Submit your application via the form below

  • Complete all the sections about your organisation, project, and/or event

  • Answer questions with as much detail as possible as this will increase the likelihood of acceptance

  • Examples of your work will support your application

  • You may offer your own complete project or be part of a larger group event

VENUES

Family audiences can enjoy exploring four exhibition and performance spaces at the historic Fringe Club.
